Ivizzit - a new information resource

















ivizzit is a new online resource offering a diverse range of information on the history, architecture, culture and annual events of over 50 cities, towns and villages within the Yorkshire county region. The ivizzit website also offers a downloadable 'app' for smartphones and computers which contains guided walks around several of the major towns and villages within the counties of North, West, South and East Yorkshire. The ivizzit logo was designed for client Saville Creative Communications.

Business Information company gets colourful look

An identity and strapline for new business information company Your-MI (Your Management Information) has recently been completed and applied across business cards and stationery. The business cards also feature a 'barcode' device printed on the reverse which, when scanned by a smartphone, transfers all the contact details from the card into the phone's address book. Clever, eh!?

A new website is currently under development.

Makeover for Nevis Computers

Nevis Computers Ltd recently commissioned Aldred Design to refresh the company's visual identity whilst still retaining the main elements of its recognised mountain icon and text style. The new design features a redrawn mountain icon with modified logo text underneath and the whole contained within a neat roundel. The new design has been applied to business cards and a company folder which use metallic silver ink and feature a die-cut radiused corner to create a smart and professional image.

Whytehall Identity


























A new identity for Melbourne-based shopfitting and cabinetmaking company, Whytehall Services, has been created for client 20m. The identity has been applied across a wide range of business stationery items for the company's three offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Burleigh Heads, Queensland. Over the coming months the identity will be 'rolled-out' across new items of marketing collateral, vehicles and an updated company website.

Aussie Steel Company identity and brochure

Working for client 20m, Aldred Design has recently completed a branding, stationery and brochure design project for fledgling Australian steel construction company, Rapid Steel Structures. A number of design alternatives for the new identity were presented, of which the simple, bold, linear option won the day. Application to items of stationery, contact update cards and building signage followed and 20m's on-site and elevated photography features prominently in the company's new 12-page brochure, which was designed and copywritten by Aldred Design. A new website will follow in due course.

Greenhill Action Group Logo


Greenhill Action Group has recently been re-formed by residents of Micklethwaite, Crossflatts and Bingley who are opposed to the proposed plans for a 450-home development on a greenfield site adjacent to the Leeds & Liverpool Canal. The group intends to act as a spearhead for objections and an information resource for all interested parties who are against the advancement of the latest planning proposal. Aldred Design created the new logo which will appear on correspondence and on the Greenhill Action Group website.

Get elevated!


























A new identity, company stationery and vehicle livery has been created for 20m which offers elevated digital photography and is based in Frankston, Victoria. The pole-mounted camera allows 360-degree panoramic shots to be taken from up to 20 metres above ground level, especially suited to real estate agents and clients who wish to show elevated views without having to resort to expensive raised level platforms or aerial photography.

Park Homes Identity


Harden Park Homes, near Bingley, in West Yorkshire has been given a fresh identity and has had new marketing literature created. Working with client Mathew Imison Photography, Aldred Design created a new logo and business stationery for the secluded park home development which is situated in 80 acres of private forest on the edge of the village of Harden.

A small marketing leaflet has also been produced to send out to prospective homeowners. A new website is currently under development.

Holiday Farm Identity


An illustrated identity for Bunkers Hill Holiday Farm has been created for client Mathew Imison Photography. The identity, which shows the farmhouse itself, has been applied to standard items of business stationery and will also feature on a new website for the holiday farm.

Underneath the arches


Mathew Imison Photography recently commissioned Aldred Design to create a new identity and apply it to items of business stationery. The chosen design features a stylised section of the Hewenden viaduct, an imposing stone structure which is clearly visible from the client's offices.

Softer look for British Blinds

As part of a gradual overhaul of company websites and marketing collateral, the logo for blinds franchise company, British Blinds has been given a facelift by Aldred Design. The updated logo incorporates a softer, more contemporary looking graphic roundel and logo text in a single colour to aid legibility. Sister companies, Scottish Blinds and Irish Blinds have had similar transitions made to their respective identities.

New look for Strands

A fresh identity for a local unisex hairdressing salon. The appointment cards were printed in three colours on a 290gsm pearlised board.
