Working for client 20m, Aldred Design has recently completed a branding, stationery and brochure design project for fledgling Australian steel construction company, Rapid Steel Structures. A number of design alternatives for the new identity were presented, of which the simple, bold, linear option won the day. Application to items of stationery, contact update cards and building signage followed and 20m's on-site and elevated photography features prominently in the company's new 12-page brochure, which was designed and copywritten by Aldred Design. A new website will follow in due course.
A range of publicity material has been written, designed and produced for Greenhill Action Group to aid in its campaign of raising public awareness of the problems associated with a proposed large-scale housing development on the edge of Bingley, West Yorkshire. Publicity collateral includes posters, leaflets, newsletters, banners, badges, postcards and stickers.
A 6-page landscape brochure for PhotographyWorks' client Failsworth Hats has recently been completed and features the company's Premier Men's Hats Collection for 2010.
The latest product promotion for British Blinds has been unveiled. As well as appearing on the company's website, the Spring Sale branding will also be carried through into regional press advertising.
A 52-page brochure, featuring photography by PhotographyWorks Ltd has recently been completed for Disley, a part of NM Williams (UK) Ltd. The brochure showcases the company's new range of Men's Shirts, Women's Blouses, Hospitality Wear and Business Tailoring. A 12-page Price List was also produced.
The first press ad for Harden Park Homes, featuring the newly created identity designed by Aldred Design for client Mathew Imison Photography, appeared in this evening's Telegraph & Argus.
The Chinese New Year starts on February 14th and so it's out with the Ox, and in with the Tiger. Contract Dispute Consultants asked me to design an e-greeting to celebrate the Year of the Tiger for e-mailing to their clients and partners in the construction industry. Here's what it looked like.

Following on from the post below regarding my design for this year's Christmas e-greeting for Hong Kong-based dispute resolution specialists, Contract Dispute Consultants, I received a rather nice email from the firm's Managing Director, David Feehan:

This year's Christmas e-mail greeting for Hong Kong-based Contract Dispute Consultants portrays a festive scene featuring the Stonecutter's Bridge, a high level cable-stayed bridge which connects Nam Wan Kok, Tsing Yi Island and Stonecutters Island. To see the emailer click here.
My Collection is a completely new gift product service which uses customers' own photographs (digital images or conventional prints) to create high quality, personalised desktop or wall displays. Aldred Design has created the main brand identity, stationery, marketing material, hanging banners and a new website to launch the product. My Collection has also recently opened it's first high street gallery in Shipley, West Yorkshire.
Greenhill Action Group has recently been re-formed by residents of Micklethwaite, Crossflatts and Bingley who are opposed to the proposed plans for a 450-home development on a greenfield site adjacent to the Leeds & Liverpool Canal. The group intends to act as a spearhead for objections and an information resource for all interested parties who are against the advancement of the latest planning proposal. Aldred Design created the new logo which will appear on correspondence and on the Greenhill Action Group website.
The branding and design for a new company e-newsletter, InSite, has recently been completed for Hong Kong-based commercial and contractual consultancy, Contract Dispute Consultants. The e-newsletter is intended to keep clients, potential clients and key industry players abreast of developments at the consultancy, against a background of increasing activity and workload in Hong Kong and the region.
Aldred Design also created the original logo branding for the consultancy.
A special Christmas issue of the Around & About Yorkshire series of DVDs is available now at selected outlets. Design and artwork for the DVD covers and disc itself were produced by Aldred Design.
A 28-page brochure featuring their new season range of exclusive tiaras and bridal accessories has recently been completed for Warren York International through client Photography Works. All model and product photographs were staged by Photography Works; brochure design, layout and copywriting was by Aldred Design.
Mimic Books brings children’s books into the 21st century primary classroom. Conceived by a teacher to be used by teachers, Mimic Books is the online resource for digital children’s books, designed for use on interactive whiteboards in the school environment. To bolster the marketing platform already provided by a new website, client Ichicoo Design briefed us to design three pop-up banners for use in school presentations and at education roadshows. The 80 x 215cm banners were designed to co-ordinate with colours and elements featured on the Mimic Books website. A 4-page leaflet was also produced to promote the company's services and online packages.
A new identity, company stationery and vehicle livery has been created for 20m which offers elevated digital photography and is based in Frankston, Victoria. The pole-mounted camera allows 360-degree panoramic shots to be taken from up to 20 metres above ground level, especially suited to real estate agents and clients who wish to show elevated views without having to resort to expensive raised level platforms or aerial photography.
Harden Park Homes, near Bingley, in West Yorkshire has been given a fresh identity and has had new marketing literature created. Working with client Mathew Imison Photography, Aldred Design created a new logo and business stationery for the secluded park home development which is situated in 80 acres of private forest on the edge of the village of Harden.
A small marketing leaflet has also been produced to send out to prospective homeowners. A new website is currently under development.
