Another property marketing information document has been created recently for client Incommunities. The Green Lane development in the Manningham area of Bradford features a small quantity of social housing, administered by Incommunities. The 6-page A4 foldout document was also created in a single page PDF format for emailing to potential interested homeowners.

Official opening of Menston Hall development
I was kindly invited by client Incommunities to attend the official opening of Menston Hall today, a £2.7 million housing project on the north west outskirts of Leeds.
The Menston Hall development comprises a full refurbishment of the existing hall and two new buildings which together provide 30 two-bedroom apartments. 17 of the new build homes are released through a shared ownership scheme, and five let exclusively to people over 55 years of age. The main hall has been converted into six apartments for private sale and two for sale through the Government’s Homebuy Direct scheme.
Earlier in the year, Aldred Design produced marketing literature for Incommunities to promote the development.

Another job from down under!
A brand identity and sales literature was required to promote an exclusive residential development opportunity in Frankston South, close to Melbourne, Australia. The resulting logo for Magnolia Hill Estate features a stylised magnolia flower to communicate the secluded woodland setting of the development. A four page A4 landscape sales brochure illustrates the sub-division of the plot and features photographs of the site and local amenities. The project was undertaken for Frankston-based client threeonedoublenine.
